A) Parent / guardian information

C) Club / provider information

D) Payment information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Playvera does not store full card details. Stripe may process:

We operate a strict non-data-sharing policy. We only share data where necessary for the operation of the platform.

Clubs / activity providers

Relevant booking information is shared with the club delivering the activity. This may include:

Clubs must not misuse or distribute this data.

Stripe

Payment-related information is processed by Stripe.

Legal / regulatory compliance

We may share data where required by law, safeguarding authorities, police, courts, or regulatory bodies.

5. Data Retention

Parent and child data

Booking and account data may be retained for up to 12 months and reset annually.

Inactive accounts

Parent and club accounts that remain inactive for 9 months or longer may be automatically deleted.

Attendance registers

Club register data will be deleted 30 days after completion of the club or activity block. This allows sufficient time for:

  • refund queries
  • school queries
  • attendance disputes
  • rebooking follow-up

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This includes:

  • secure access controls
  • password protection
  • encrypted payment processing via Stripe
  • restricted access for club accounts
  • internal administrative controls

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Data

Because Playvera processes information relating to children, we take additional care with child data.

Accounts may only be created by users aged 18 years or over. All bookings for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
